Job Summary
Cal Poly is seeking dedicated individuals interested in Student Services positions.
The appointments vary in classification, salary, and length and provide varying levels of student services support for campus.

Key Qualifications
• Working knowledge of the practices, procedures and activities of the program to which assigned. • Knowledge of program assessment tools for conducting research and analysis of program educational outcomes and impact of programs. • Ability to obtain information through various tools and collect, compile, analyze and evaluate data. • General knowledge of the principles of individual and group behavior. • Ability to collect, compile, analyze and evaluate data and make verbal or written presentations based on these data. • Ability to speak publicly to large groups and strong facilitation skills.

Education and Experience
- Completion of a high school program or its equivalent.
- Experience in professional Student Services work (experience requirement may vary based on the opportunity)
