Job Summary

Program Support Assistance

• Provide logistical support for program initiatives, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and coordinating communications.

Student Advisement and Support

• Provide students accurate information and guidance regarding available resources and support services.
• Assist in resolving student inquiries and issues by referring them to appropriate resources and services.

Event Coordination and Outreach

• Assist in planning and coordinating program-related events, workshops, and informational sessions.
• Support outreach efforts to promote program services and resources to the student population.
• Collaborate with other departments and student organizations to enhance program visibility and engagement.

Administrative Support

• Perform routine administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
• Assist with data entry and management of student records in relevant databases.
• Provide general clerical support to NSTP, including copying, filing, and maintaining office organization.

Education and Experience

Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university.

Salary:

Anticipated Hiring Range: $22.80 per hour

Classification Range: $21.72 - $26.56 per hour

This position may be "Designated" under California State University's Conflict of Interest Code. This would require the filing of a Statement of Economic Interest on an annual basis and the completion of training within 6 months of assuming office and every 2 years thereafter.
