This position requires expertise in audiovisual equipment and support tools, project management, vendor coordination, and strong customer service skills. The Classroom Support Specialist - Lead ensures the successful implementation, support, and ongoing maintenance of audiovisual technology within classrooms, lecture halls, labs, and other learning environments.
