Under general supervision and as part of a DevOps team, this position operates, supports, and maintains services and moderately complex technical integrations across multiple systems, including monitoring, integrating, and maintaining services and application releases. This includes both in-house applications and acquired commercial or external tools, such as Cloud-hosted SaaS services. This position anticipates issues and devises automations and resolution methodologies, including providing non-routine maintenance, and long-term assistance to ensure subsystems and infrastructure function together efficiently, to meet business needs. Additionally, this positions serves as a Tier 2 escalation point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, identifies needs, provides solution options, and communicates issue updates and resolutions.

- Demonstrated experience supporting, maintaining, and integrating enterprise applications.
- Demonstrated experience using modern scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Powershell)
- Working knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), continuous improvement and change management business practices.
- Thorough working knowledge of testing practices and application debugging and troubleshooting procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement critical maintenance fixes and to isolate and correct malfunctions, including interface problems.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant experience. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for up to two years of the required education on a year-for-year basis.
Salary and Benefits:
Anticipated Hiring Range: $80,000 - $95,772 per year
Classification Range: $56,136 - $138,564 per year
