| The Think by the Bay Program Coordinator works in close partnership with the Program Director to provide leadership, day-to-day coordination, and implementation of CSU East Bay’s inclusive postsecondary education program for students with intellectual disabilities (ID). In collaboration with the Program Director, the Coordinator supports the overall success of the program by working closely with lead program faculty and other part-time staff, providing lead work direction to temporary student support staff, and ensuring strong academic integration and compliance with institutional and grant-related requirements.
While the Program Director serves as the primary liaison between the program and university departments, faculty, families, and community partners, the coordinator helps sustain effective communication, coordination, and daily operations across all areas of the program. This role is integral to advancing Think by the Bay’s mission of delivering high-quality, inclusive academic, social, and career development opportunities for students. |
